Both Found Her HR and the client agree to keep sensitive information confidential. Employee or business data shared with us will be handled securely and only used for the agreed-upon services.

• All content, tools, dashboards, and materials created by Found Her HR remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   
• Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for internal business purposes only.
   

• Found Her HR provides consulting services based on expertise and available information, but ultimate compliance and employment decisions remain the client’s responsibility.
   
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from use of our services.
   
• Clients should seek independent legal or tax advice when needed; Found Her HR is not a law or accounting firm.
   

• You may not misuse, copy, or distribute content from our website without permission.
   
• We may update or change the website at any time without notice.
   

Either party may terminate services with written notice, subject to any contract terms or outstanding payment obligations.

We may update these Terms of Service occasionally. Updates will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.
