I grew up spending more time in boardrooms than most kids did on playgrounds. Watching my father navigate the world of business sparked my passion for people, problem-solving, and strategy. Those early lessons shaped who I am today and inspired me to launch Found Her HR—a consulting service built on experience, insight, and a genuine desire to see businesses succeed.
With over 15 years of HR expertise across federal agencies, the private sector, retail, and fast-growing startups, I’ve seen firsthand how people are the driving force behind any organization. My background spans human capital management, compliance, payroll, employee relations, workforce analytics, and HR workflow automation. From helping large organizations modernize their HR systems to guiding small startups through their very first hire, I know how to tailor solutions to fit the unique challenges each business faces.
