I created this space as a place to share practical HR insights, lessons from HR technology and implementations, career reflections, and the occasional side quest along the way.
My vision for FoundHerHR is simple: make HR and HR tech feel more human, approachable, and useful. I want this to be a space that mixes real experience with curiosity, honesty, and a little personality instead of making everything sound overly corporate or complicated.Some posts will be about HR systems, data, implementations, and the work behind the scenes. Others may be about careers, leadership, work culture, or lessons learned the hard way.
There probably won’t be a strict posting schedule. I’d rather write when I actually have something worth sharing.
